• 5 - max. 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in industrial automation or similar at a B2B level. • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing technologies and processes. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships. • Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle uncertainty. • Goal-orientation with the ability to measure and track BDM activities weekly, monthly, and quarterly. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. • Excellent negotiation, communication and representation skills. • Willingness to travel across Slovakia and other EU countries.

  • Execute the company’s business development strategy the EMEA region, with a strong focus on Western Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium)
  • Lead and inspire a team of two analysts – collect and interpret data to support decision-making and ongoing business development activities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in the European electronics manufacturing sector to uncover new opportunities.
  • Create high-impact presentations and marketing materials, both physical and digital, to engage targeted prospects in defined sectors.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and international events – with the clear goal of identifying and building relationships with potential new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to prepare proposals and manage the full bid process, working with pricing, quality, and engineering teams, and coordinating with Key Account Managers during project launch.
  • Maintain and expand the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date customer and contact databases.
  • Provide regular reporting to the General Manager and senior leadership in Slovakia and weekly updates to headquarters.
