Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for the structured planning, coordination, and end-to-end management of change initiatives between the client and the service provider.
Working with a regulated customer in the banking sector, you will oversee the full change lifecycle — from assessing requests to leading CAB discussions and ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and service delivery expectations.

  • Coordination and management of all change-related activities for a regulated client in the banking sector
  • Handling and assessment of incoming Change Requests
  • Planning and monitoring of the entire change lifecycle
  • Participation in the client’s Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
  • Analysis of impacts, risks, and dependencies of changes
  • Alignment with internal and external stakeholders, particularly client managers, technical expert teams, and service delivery teams
  • Documentation of all change activities in the relevant systems
  • Support in the continuous improvement of the Change Management process
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and governance guidelines
